Your company was here yesterday in response to our request for a follow-up call on a large tree removal that was done February 11th. The ground was frozen hard making the stump removal difficult to do. We were not happy with the results. It was explained the problems your crew might experience when working in sub-zero weather. We were courteous and professional and did an excellent job completing the stump removal. Working with your company has been a good experience. Thank you.

I wanted to write and say thank you for the quick response this morning for the removal of the tree that fell in our driveway. I was able to cut it up and get it off the driveway. But your crew showed up at 9:40 am and were swept up and driving off at 10:00 am. It was very quick and professional.
